Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on September 9, 2022 found that Comfort Life Home Care, LLC had corrected the deficiency cited under Title 28 Health and Safety Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H. Chapter 611 Home Care Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on July 14, 2022.
